The ULTIMATE project invites local stakeholders and interested parties to our first event in 2024. In context of the two European Horizont 2020 Projects ULTIMATE and AquaSPICE, the local project partners Consorzio Aretusa and Polytechnic University of Marche, together with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and Water Europe are organising a two day event at the municipal library of Livorno “I Bottini dell’Olio” in Italy. The event takes place on 26 and 27 January 2024.
Both days have a dedicated programme:
– The Immersive Media Experience (IMX) will be opened on 01/26/2024 between 9:00 and 12:30 by the Norwegian University of Science and Technology NTNU, which will allow us to learn about the integrated water system of the coastal cities of Cecina and Rosignano; IMX (Immersive Media Experience) is aimed at raising citizens’ awareness on environmental and circular economy issues with particular attention to children.
– The Water Oriented Living Lab workshop is scheduled for 01/27/2024 from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, where the European projects ULTIMATE and AquaSPICE will be presented, focusing on the Rosignano case study. In particular, the meeting will focus on the development of innovative solutions, including digitalisation and their integration in combination with new business and governance models and innovative policies based on the true “Value of Water”.
