CIRSEAU is the cluster of five sister projects funded under the same call. These five projects are ULTIMATE, B-WATERSMART, REWAISE, Water-Mining, and WIDER UPTAKE. Within the CIRSEAU Young Water Professionals Working Group, young professionals from the five sister projects have been exploring what they can do to ensure meaningful engagement of young professionals in EU projects, trying to understand the gaps and where action needs to be taken.
As part of this process, they have developed a short survey to gather information from Water Professional (young and older).
The survey is to understand the skills young professionals may want to develop to have a successful career. This survey will further be distributed at water-related events until June 2024. The information gathered will be used to prepare a white paper for the European Commission regarding career development to support young professionals in the water sector.
